Law Enforcement or Regulatory Enquiries

Requests for user account information from law enforcement agencies or regulatory notices should be directed to the appropriate CoinJar entity. CoinJar responds to valid requests or notices issued in compliance with applicable law.

Australia

Court orders, notices and law enforcement enquiries in relation to Australian customers should be addressed to the Compliance Team, CoinJar Australia Pty Ltd by email to compliance@coinjar.com. Law enforcement enquiries must also include a formal request on letterhead which is dated and signed by an authorised person, which states:

• the subject or individual(s) of the request
• the information requested
• the statutory powers under which the information is requested (if any)
• confirmation that the information is required for the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution or punishment of criminal offences.

United Kingdom

Court orders, notices and law enforcement enquiries in relation to United Kingdom customers should be addressed to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer, CoinJar UK Limited by email to compliance@coinjar.com. Law enforcement enquiries must also include a personal data request form, which states:

• the subject or individual(s) of the request
• the information requested
• the statutory powers under which the information is requested (if any)
• confirmation that the information is required for the prevention, investigation and/or detection of a crime.
