1. By participating in the CoinJar 'Concours of Elegance £1,000' Promotion, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions are binding.
2. The promoter is CoinJar UK Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 8905988, registered office at 133 Whitechapel High Street, London E1 7QA (CoinJar or Promoter).
3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms 'Promotion' and 'Promoter' are used solely in the context of this prize draw as defined in these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms, or in the Promotion itself, constitutes a 'financial promotion' within the meaning of section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
5. Entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who attend the Concours of Elegance 2026 event on 4 September 2026 to 6 September 2026.
6. Entry is open to both customers and non-customers of CoinJar who complete the entry form in accordance with the further terms below. No CoinJar account is required to enter the Promotion.
7. Entrants must be over 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry.
8. The Promotion commences on 4 September 2026 and closes at 6 September 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the close date and time.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
10. To enter this Promotion you must complete the entry form by providing your email by 6 September 2026.
11. Entrants can only enter once, using only one email address. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the Promotion is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
12. If an entry is not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions, then the entry is void.
13. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
14. Participation in this Promotion is dependent on the participant completing the entry form with their email address. There is no requirement to engage in any investment in any cryptoasset in order to participate in this Promotion.
15. Participants who qualify for this Promotion will enter a random draw. One participant will be randomly selected as the winner of the £1,000 cash prize.
16. The winner will be contacted by email as soon as possible after the draw, by Friday 11 September. Once contacted, they will then have until midnight on Friday 2 October to confirm their UK bank and contact details in order for the Promoter to organise the UK bank transfer of the £1,000 cash prize to the UK bank account provided by the winner.
17. If the winner does not confirm their UK bank and contact details in order for the Promoter to organise the UK bank transfer of the £1,000 cash prize by midnight on Friday 2 October, they will be considered to have forfeited, and no longer be entitled to, the £1,000 cash prize and another participant will be randomly selected as the winner.
18. This new winner will have 14 days after being contacted by email to confirm their UK bank and contact details in order for the Promoter to organise the UK bank transfer of the £1,000 cash prize to the UK bank account they provide. If the new winner fails to confirm their UK bank and contact details within 14 days, another participant will again be randomly selected as the winner. This process will be repeated until a winner confirms their UK bank and contact details within 14 days, enabling the Promoter to organise the UK bank transfer of the £1,000 cash prize to the bank account that winner provides.
19. The Promoter is not responsible if the UK bank transfer of the £1,000 cash prize to the UK bank account provided by the winner is rejected by the recipient bank. Any dispute is the responsibility of the winner and their own bank.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend or cancel the rules for the Promotion or the Promotion itself, at any time. Where practicable, reasonable notice will be provided to affected participants.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
22. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as part of the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission (including deliberate or negligent acts or omissions) by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods or services by any person to the entrant. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under relevant laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
23. Subject to complying with all relevant legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Promotion if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.
24. The Promoter and their associated companies or agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
25. Employees and their immediate family members, contractors, sub-contractors and agents of CoinJar and its related entities are excluded from participating in this Promotion.
26. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and by participating in the Promotion you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
27. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.coinjar.com/uk/privacy.

Information you provide will be used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and/or keeping in touch with you about news and information. The Promoter may disclose your information to companies and agencies in connection with this Promotion or as set out in the Privacy Policy.
