Where can I use Google Pay?

You can use Google Pay to make payments at any merchant where contactless payments are accepted. Simply look for the contactless symbol or Google Pay mark. You may also use Google Pay in-app and on the web when you see the “Buy with Google Pay” button or as a payment option.

Can I choose which cryptocurrency I use when making payments with Google Pay?

You can easily change which default cryptocurrency to transact with via the CoinJar app. If you don’t have enough funds to complete the transaction, it will simply be declined rather than pulling funds from other cryptocurrency accounts.

How can I change a cryptocurrency that I use?

The account you set as your “spend account” determines which funds are converted when using CoinJar Card. To update your spend account, open the CoinJar app, tap ‘Card’ and under ‘Spending’ select one of your cryptocurrency accounts.

Which cryptocurrencies are supported?

You can set any of the cryptocurrencies in your CoinJar as your spend account. For a full list of the cryptocurrencies currently offered by CoinJar, please refer to our Pricing page.

Is CoinJar Card a prepaid card?

CoinJar Card is a prepaid, reloadable Mastercard. Your card lets you access your crypto anywhere in the world that prepaid Mastercards are accepted. You can easily change your cryptocurrency spend account using the CoinJar app – just ensure there’s enough equivalent crypto in your linked account to make purchases.
