Purchase crypto in a flash with Instant Buy

Eyeing off an altcoin that’s about to develop? Want to get into the action without waiting for bank deposits to clear?

With CoinJar’s Instant Buy you can instantly purchase crypto tokens using the Mastercard or Visa in your wallet. And with only a 2% fee, CoinJar’s Instant Buy are competitive.

Is Instant Buy available for every cryptocurrency?

You can use Instant Buy to purchase any crypto listed on our platform, with the exception of CoinJar Bundles. But don’t worry: we’ll be enabling Instant Buy for Bundles and Recurring Buys soon.

What cards can you use with Instant Buy?

You can access Instant Buy with any UK or Australian-issued Visa or Mastercard. Apple Pay and Google Pay functionality will be added in the near future.

How do I get started?

When you’re buying crypto using the CoinJar app, all you need to do is:

  1. Go to the Buy / Sell menu
  2. Select a cryptocurrency and then “Buy”
  3. Tap ‘Link a credit or debit card’ and enter your card details
  4. Put in the amount you want to purchase
  5. Review the fees and then press confirm. Boom: more crypto in your CoinJar, instantly.

As always, we want to remind you of the risks involved when buying or selling crypto, which can be very volatile. Your capital is at risk.
