Scroll crypto: Scroll's first airdrop is currently underway. It is a process of distributing the cryptocurrency SCR to various contributors who helped build and grow the Scroll ecosystem.

-Boosting marks: Engaging in on-chain activities earned users a "Marks" booster. Participation in the "Canvas" initiative further boosted Marks through a tiered system based on the number of badges earned.

-Additional rewards: Users received extra allocations for activities like holding top-level ENS domain names, donating to Gitcoin grants, and using smart contract wallets on Scroll.

What is Scroll (SCR)?

Scroll promises to make Ethereum faster and cheaper to use. It's built using advanced cryptography ("zero-knowledge proofs").

They want to reward the people who helped make Scroll successful and encourage more people to get involved. This airdrop distributes 7% of the SCR token supply. Although, already, some recipients have taken to X to complain about the process.

-The airdrop claim period is 90 days.
